From the IMBRICS Forum to a systemic partnership: "International Institute of Health" and the Foundation for International Business Communications have signed a cooperation agreement

A solemn ceremony of signing a Cooperation Agreement between the "International Institute of Health" Higher Education ANCO and the Foundation for International Business Communications was held at the office of the Institute's partners. This event was a direct and anticipated outcome of the partnership formed during the International Municipal BRICS Forum, held in Saint Petersburg on October 29-31, 2025.

The document was signed by Alla Medvedeva, Rector of the International Institute of Health, and Elena Belyakova, Managing Director of the Foundation for International Business Communications.

The agreement establishes cooperation between the parties in the field of international municipal agenda, project activities, inter-university cooperation, and organisation of joint events. A special focus is placed on the development of the Foundation's initiatives: "Dialogue Platform" and "Dialogue Platform" – Inter-Uni".

During her opening remarks, Elena Belyakova recalled the initial public step towards today's partnership, which was the presentations by the Institute's rector and experts at a round table discussion "Development of the health industry in BRICS cities and municipalities" within the framework of the IMBRICS Forum 2025 business programme, for which the Foundation served as the official operator.

"The groundwork for a systemic dialogue aimed at achieving concrete practical results was laid six months ago during the preparatory phase for the Forum," explained Elena Belyakova. "We are glad that a fresh phase of our partnership is initiated today."

The next event will become a practical embodiment of the emerging synergy: experts from the International Institute of Health were invited to speak at the conference "Cities and Towns in the Modern Era" at the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation, co-organised by the Foundation, on January 30.

The parties emphasised that the "Dialogue Platform" was created to expand communication between municipalities, businesses, the scientific and educational community, and investors. Its goal is to offer efficient support to sustainable urban development projects, share best practices, and attract investments in municipal initiatives.

The signed agreement opens the way for new formats of active cooperation aimed at the integrated territorial development and improving the quality of life.
