A strategic partnership agreement has been concluded between the official operator of the IMBRICS Forum 2025 — the Foundation for International Business Communications — and the "BRICS Pay" payment system. The partnership aims to advance digital financial solutions to strengthen business cooperation between Russia, the BRICS+ countries, and the Global South.
The partnership includes the exchange of best practices in the field of digital payments, advisory support for municipalities, and assistance in attracting investment for the development of smart cities.
The parties have agreed on comprehensive cooperation focused on the digitalisation of municipal governance and the creation of modern financial infrastructure for the cities of the BRICS+ countries.
Collaboration within the IMBRICS Forum will expand opportunities for the digital transformation of municipalities and regions across BRICS+ countries, and for the development of sustainable financial ties between cities and regions.
