The International Municipal BRICS Forum 2025 was held on October 29−31, 2025, at the Expoforum Exhibition Centre in Saint Petersburg, Russia. The IMBRICS Forum is a business platform for the exchange of experience and the development of joint solutions for the sustainable and innovative development of the municipalities of the BRICS association and friendly states, creating a comfortable urban environment.

The IMBRICS Forum 2025 was organised with the support of the Russian Foreign Ministry, the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation, the Governments of Moscow and Saint Petersburg, the Moscow City Duma, the All-Russian Association for the Development of Local Self-Government (VARMSU), the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, and the Roscongress Foundation. The Government of Moscow acted as the General Partner of the Forum.

In 2025, for the first time, the Forum was held concurrently with the International Forum-Exhibition "Russian Industrialist", which strengthened cooperation between developers of urban solutions, industrial companies and investors, creating new opportunities for dialogue about the future of cities and regions.
