The Directorate of the IMBRICS Forum handles the preparation of the event. The main responsibility of the Directorate is to build business communications, implement the strategy and key tasks assigned to the Forum, as well as prepare the business part of the event.

The Directorate prepares and shapes the business programme of the International Municipal BRICS Forum 2025. The Programme Directorate was formed with the assistance of the Department for External Economic and International Relations of Moscow.
